●発送について●
gundaの商品は当online storeを含め、渋谷のgunda gallery shopでも販売しております。
在庫があるものに関しては1～3営業日に発送いたします。在庫がない商品についてはご注文を受けてからの制作になりますので、完成までに約２～３週間ほどお時間を頂戴いたします。

As a general rule, we will ship within 7 days after receiving your shipping request.
Depending on the product, delivery may take more than 7 days. In that case, the delivery date is stated in the product description column, so please check it.
*Products are also sold in stores, including the online store. We maintain thorough inventory control, but if an item sells out in the store, it may take some time to get it ready. Thank you for your understanding.

全てハンドメイド品の為、商品はデリケートとなっております。お取り扱いにはご注意ください。
●使用しているパーツについて●
多くの商品にヴィンテージパーツや天然石を使用しております。素材の特性上、色味のくすみ、細かなキズ、サイズなどに個体差があります。ヴィンテージ品・天然石ならではの風合いを理解し、楽しんでいただける方のみご購入をお願いしております。
●ご注文後のキャンセルについて●
ご注文後・発送前であっても、お客様都合でのキャンセルは原則お受けしておりません。
・キャンセルをご希望される場合は、ご注文の翌営業日までにご連絡ください。それ以降のキャンセルはお受けできません。
・弊社にて配送手配が完了している場合も、キャンセルはできません。
なお、通信販売（ネット購入）にはクーリングオフ制度は適用されません。よくご検討のうえご購入ください。

●Use of Vintage Parts & Natural Stones●
Many of our products feature vintage components and natural stones. Variations in color, minor scratches, and differences in size may occur due to the nature of these materials. Please purchase only if you understand and appreciate the unique characteristics that come from vintage items and natural stones.
●Order Cancellations●
We do not accept cancellations for customer reasons after the order has been placed or before shipment.
・If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by the end of the next business day after placing it. We cannot accept cancellation requests submitted after that time.
・Once shipment arrangements have been completed on our side, your order can no longer be canceled.
Please note that the legal “cooling-off” period does not apply to online orders (distance sales). We kindly ask you to review your purchase carefully before placing an order.
